Ahmad is an Australian legal practitioner. He is the founder of Ghaffari Lawyers in Box Hill, Victoria. Ahmad has multiple degrees. He holds a Bachelor of English Translation from Khayyam University, Iran, a Master of Islamic Studies from Monash University, a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Australian National University.

Ahmad’s main area of practice is refugee law. He also has vast knowledge of other complicated visas, in particular business investment visas.

Ahmad has a passion for refugees and human rights. He believes in theory of a big Australia, where everybody, irrespective of race, nationality, faith or sexual orientation, will have a FAIR GO.

Prior to moving to Australia in 2008, Ahmad worked as a professional translator working with Sokhan Gostar Publication House in Mashad, Iran. He translated several books from English to Persian, including ‘Terrorism: The Newest Form of Warfare’.
