Siddique has done BA and LL.B specialization in Labor law from the Gujarat University and admitted as Lawyer in The High Court of Gujarat in the year 1992. He is originally from Gujarat – India.

Siddique has twelve years of experience as Social Worker and Human Right activist with additional 3 years of legal practice in The High Court of Gujarat, he migrated to Australia in 2002.

Siddique has been admitted as Lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW - Australia in the year 2009 and he is registered as Solicitor and Barrister with the Law Society of NSW. Siddique is also admitted in the High Court of Australia as a Legal Practitioner.

Siddique's areas of interests are International Human Rights issues and Ethnic Communities in Australia.
