immigration solutions for a variety of visa classes.

He has a strong understanding of the Migration Act and the Migration Regulations which allows
him to effectively resolve complex migration matters including character cancellations, bogus
documents, health waivers, onshore un-lawful criteria and visa refusals.

He handles Administrative Appeals Tribunal cases and is also responsible for representing our
clients for Ministerial Intervention matters.
